What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. We also offer Klarna and Shop Pay & Shop Pay Installments as buy now, pay later options.

What are your domestic delivery options?
We offer the following US domestic delivery options:

Do you ship Internationally?
We ship to almost every country. Shipping options are chosen at checkout.
Duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
$10-17 Express Shipping (7-10 business days). Shipping costs are dependent on destination country.
Free express international shipping on all orders over $250

When do I need to place an order for overnight shipping?
For domestic orders only. Orders received before 2PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day. Example: If you placed your order on a Wednesday and need your order by Friday; we recommend placing your order before 2PM Eastern Time with overnight shipping, as non-expedited orders typically are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
When will I be charged for my order?
We will collect payment upon capturing your order unless you are using a payment installments platform, such as Klarna or ShopNow Installments.
Can I use more than one promo code on an order?
Only one promotional code may be used per order. Current promotions are not valid on prior purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can I combine discount codes?
No, discount codes cannot be combined.

Orders & Order Status
What items are excluded from promotions?
All of our classic suits and non-Solid & Striped branded products are excluded from all sitewide promotions. Please reach out to concierge@solidandstriped.com with any specific promotion-related questions.
Can I receive a price adjustment for an order I placed before a promo started?
Price adjustments are honored on full price items up to 7 days prior to the promotion start date.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email as soon as your order ships (within 24 hours after placing your order). Order may ship quicker depending on order volume.If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received your confirmation, please contact us at concierge@solidandstriped.com. Please note, if an order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will not ship out until Monday.

I placed an order with pre-order and non pre-order items. When will I receive my order?
If you placed an order with pre-order and non pre-order items, your entire order won't ship until the last pre-order item is available to ship. Please contact us at concierge@solidandstriped.com if you have additional questions about your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to edit or modify orders. However we can cancel orders if they have not shipped. Once orders have been shipped and issued a tracking number, they can no longer be cancelled. In any case, please email concierge@solidandstriped.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please reach out to concierge@solidandstriped.com with your order number and shipping address. Shipping addresses can only be updated if the order has not been shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking details. We also recommend checking your junk mail for a confirmation email and tracking details as they are two separate emails. If you have not received tracking details, please reach out to concierge@solidandstriped.com.

What if an item(s) is missing from my order?
We're sorry you have not received your complete order. Your order may have been partially shipped due to an item being out of stock.
Please email concierge@solidandstriped.com and provide your order number for best assistance.
What if my package is lost?
We recommend contacting USPS as they sometimes update tracking details as falsely being delivered when they have not been delivered. They will be able to confirm with their driver if it was left at your address or will be delivered the next business day. If they can not provide an update, please reach out to our customer service team at concierge@solidandstriped.com.

Klarna
What is Klarna?
Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. To use Klarna to pay for your purchase, choose Klarna in the checkout. Your purchase will be split into 4 interest-free payments. The first payment will be taken from your credit or debit card when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your card 14, 28, and 42 days later. Read more here.
How do I sign up?
Answer If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. After your order is shipped, you will becharged for the first quarter of the total amount. Klarna will send a notification once the payment has been processed. You will be informed ahead of time before the next payments.
What are the conditions to sign up?
To sign up, you will need:
1. A US-issued debit or credit card
2. To be 18 years of age or over
3. An SMS-capable phone number
4. A US residential address
Has Klarna received my payment?
You can live chat with Klarna’s customer service agents 24/7 to confirm payment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
Will I still be charged if my order is cancelled?
Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact us. Once we have confirmed the cancellation, Klarna will update your payments accordingly and you can check the status of your payments anytime via Klarna’s site or in your Klarna app. Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first we have updated your payments accordingly and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method. If 14 days have passed since the issue of credit and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase early, simply log in at the top of the page, go to the order page, and select “Pay off early”.
What if I return or cancel my order?
If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card. Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with the online store. Therefund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
My email address is not correct. How can I change it?
You can live chat with Klarna’s customer service agents 24/7 to request that your contact details be updated. Please quote your statement number if you have received a statement by post.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your payments purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging into your Klarna account.
If the automatic payment fails, Klarna will try again after 7 days. If this payment also fails, Klarna will make another attempt after a further 7 days (14 days after the date of the first attempt). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s payments product even if you have failed to pay on time.
