Returns & Exchanges Policy
What is your returns policy?
All full price items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are only available on Domestic orders. Order will not be accepted beyond our 30 day return policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Swimsuits returned missing hygiene liners will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in pristine condition. Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment. You also have the option to choose store credit during the returns process.For all Domestic orders, a restocking fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. For all International orders, a return fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facilities. Please note: it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account depending on your bank.

Items purchased online may be returned at a Solid & Striped store for refund, or exchange, as long as they fit within our regular 30 day return policy. Final sale items cannot be returned in-store or online for a refund or exchange. In-store purchases cannot be returned online.
FINAL SALE: Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. Orders purchased on sale CANNOT be returned for a refund, web credit or exchange.

Is there a cost to return my order?
For all Domestic orders, a restocking fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are in our Loyalty Program and are a part of the Bungalow Tier, you are exempt from the restocking fee.
For all international orders, a return fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Will I be charged for an exchange?
Exchanges are free. Instant exchanges require payment details to ensure items are returned within 14 days of returnrequest. A hold will be placed on the card. Once the return is in transit, the hold will be released. You will only be charged if returned items are not in transit within the 14 day period.
If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, you will be charged the difference.
Can sale priced items be returned/exchanged?
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. Orders purchased on sale CANNOT be returned for a refund, web credit or exchange.
Can I return/exchange a damaged item?

How do I return/exchange an item that is a gift?

Can I return a pre-ordered item that has arrived late?
Yes! Returns will be extended based on the date item shipped.
Can I apply my discount to my exchange?
Discounts will be applied automatically to exchange items/order.
Can I exchange an item that costs more/less?
Yes! If there’s a price difference greater, your credit card will be charged for the difference. For lesser priced items, you will receive a refund for the balance.
How will my points be applied after a return/exchange?
You will not receive your points if you return the item. You will receive your points if you exchange the item. Your points value will be based on the item you are exchanging for.
How long does it take to process my return/exchange?
Return/exchange processing can take up to 7-10 business days from the day the package is received!
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Yes.
Can I exchange my international order?
At the moment, we do not allow exchanges for international orders. Instead you can return your order for a refund.
Can I return a personalized order?
Personalized items are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged.
