Refund policy

Depending on your order details, your return may be processed as a refund, exchange, or store credit.

You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, do one of the following:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always reach us at concierge@solidandstriped.com with any questions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, unused condition. This includes:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items
  • No deodorant, perfume, makeup, oil, lotion, self tanner, or scent marks
  • All original tags and hygienic liners attached
  • Original packaging, including poly bags with barcodes
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Items showing signs of wear, stretching, washing, or odor will not be accepted. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be sent back unless you pay for shipping. If you send us the wrong item, it will not be returned unless you pay for shipping.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your package. Email concierge@solidandstriped.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Promotional Pricing, Discounts, Sale and Markdowns

Items purchased with any discount, sale price, or promotion may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Certain discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Items discounted 40 percent or more off original MSRP (original retail price)
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Orders placed with discount codes of 30 percent or higher

Gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for domestic orders only. You may exchange your item for any available product. Price differences will be applied at checkout.

Exchanges are free unless the item was purchased on sale or with a discount code. All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.

Refunds and Fees

Refunds are available on eligible full-price items only. Refunds to the original payment method incur a $15 dollar restocking fee, which covers the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Store credit returns do not incur a restocking fee and include free return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the time your return is received for it to be processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must still meet the condition requirements listed above.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments.

Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse service or future returns to customers who exhibit excessive return behavior or return items in unacceptable condition.
